About the Role We're in an intense growth phase with multiple startups under our umbrella. This means a high work pace, short decision-making paths, and no two days are the same. As our new accounting specialist, you'll have full responsibility for accounting across our companies, with Fortnox as your primary workspace. Your role isn't just about managing the numbers—it's about ensuring our financial processes scale as we grow. Key Responsibilities Group-wide Accounting: Manage ongoing bookkeeping and accounts for multiple companies in the group. Process Optimization: Set up and optimize workflows in Fortnox to handle high transaction volumes. Payroll Reporting: Independently prepare and report payroll for approximately 30 employees across different companies. VAT & Taxes: Handle tax filings and ensure full compliance across all companies. New Ventures: Participate in establishing financial routines for new business units. Who Are You? We're looking for someone energized by growth and comfortable in a constantly evolving environment. You're quick on your feet, organized, and able to reprioritize when circumstances change. Your Qualifications: System Expertise: You're highly skilled in Fortnox and experienced with digital workflows. Experience: You have several years of independent accounting experience and are confident with year-end closing processes. Mentality: You have a "can-do" attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company culture. Communication: You speak and write Swedish fluently.
