About Samskapa Samskapa offers support and treatment to vulnerable children, young people and their families. We work based on the concept of Professional Integrated Treatment (PIB), which means that Samskapa takes full responsibility for integrating the services that children and young people need to gain increased social ability and improved quality of life. About the Position As an accounting economist at Samskapa, you become a central part of a modern and development-focused finance function. You have overall responsibility for accounts payable and thus have many contact points both internally and externally. You actively participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to set deadlines. On an ongoing basis, you work with reconciliations and follow-ups among other things, and are a sounding board for other members of the finance team. Other areas of responsibility within finance will also be included. The role involves actively driving improvements, developing and streamlining work processes and finding smart, digital solutions that simplify and strengthen the finance function. You become part of a competent team with close collaboration and high trust, where you support each other and take shared responsibility for the whole. At the same time, you own your processes and drive them independently. Samskapa is growing, which at times means a high pace, many parallel flows and complex structure. This requires your ability to prioritize, create overview and work proactively. We are looking for someone who has: Post-secondary education in accounting, preferably from a vocational university Several years of experience in similar accounting and bookkeeping work Good system skills and a genuine interest in digital working methods and efficiency improvements We consider it a merit if you have: Experience working with Fortnox and Capego Work experience from an accounting firm or similar organization Basic knowledge of payroll and payroll processes Personal Qualities We believe you are a person who likes order and organization, structure and who works systematically.
