Here you will be part of an engaged accounting function in an exciting development phase with great focus on efficiency, automation, and AI-supported processes. About the Position In the role as Accounting Assistant, you are responsible for ongoing accounting administration and work closely with the accounting team. You will have a central function within the operation where quality, accuracy, and service are in focus. Your main responsibilities include: * Accounts payable * Accounts receivable * Ongoing bookkeeping * VAT reporting * Reconciliations and accounting administration tasks * Support in developing and streamlining accounting processes International contact points and work with foreign operations may also occur. Suitable Background We are looking for you who have a relevant higher education in accounting and approximately 2-3 years of experience as an accountant. You feel confident working with accounts payable and receivable, ongoing bookkeeping, and have an interest in digitalization, VAT work, and streamlining accounting processes. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Personal Qualities As a person, you are positive, curious, and solution-oriented.
