Would you like to combine Finance, HR, and Office Management in one role? About the Position BPC Instruments is now recruiting a combined payroll administrator and accounting assistant. The position is located in brand new facilities in Lund and reports to the Finance Manager. In this role, you'll be part of the accounting department and work closely with both the Finance Manager and HR Manager. Your main responsibilities will include ongoing accounting tasks, payroll management, HR, and Office Management. Responsibilities • Ongoing bookkeeping • Accounts payable and invoice management • Reconciliation, analysis, and follow-up of payroll-related accounts • Manage payroll for approximately 20 employees • Develop and improve the payroll process • Lead the implementation of a new payroll system • Onboarding and offboarding • Provide advice to employees and management on matters relating to payroll, insurance, and contracts • Reporting to authorities • Responsible for the daily operations of the office & other administrative tasks such as events and other activities. Qualifications We're looking for someone with a few years of experience in accounting and/or payroll. You may have experience with HR processes and the legal frameworks surrounding collective agreements and practices, or you see this as an opportunity to learn. Experience with accounts receivable, accounting, or work with financial statements is an advantage. Since BPC Instruments is an international company, you need to be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English.
