About the Role As Accounting Manager, you are responsible for the group's accounting. With a comprehensive perspective, you ensure high quality in financial statements and reporting while leading the finance team's work during the closing process. The role also includes budgeting, forecasts, and monitoring. You analyze operational results and key metrics, and provide relevant decision-making information to management, the board, and owners. An important part of your task is to develop processes, reports, and work methods within the finance area. In this role, you hold a central position in the finance function and work closely with both the nine members of the finance team and management, the board, and owners. Your Main Responsibilities Responsible for preparing group financial statements for parent companies. Responsible for budgets, forecasts, and follow-up. Prepare financial reports and analyze and monitor operational key metrics. Responsible for reporting and ensuring correct and reliable decision-making information. Responsible for and present group financial reporting to the board and owners. Lead and coordinate the team during period and annual closings. With external support, implement, document, and ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards. Drive improvements in accounting, reporting, and internal processes. Your Background We are looking for someone with one or more of the following: Vocational education as an authorized accounting economist or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant academic education. You have several years of experience in qualified accounting and are accustomed to taking independent responsibility for closings, reporting, and financial follow-up. Experience with group accounting and coordinating or leading a finance team is particularly valuable. Additional qualifications include knowledge of: K3 and component depreciation IFRS accounting standards The property industry VAT matters related to property operations Digitalization, automation, and practical use of AI in finance and accounting Who Are You? You communicate financial information clearly and pedagogically, even to people without a finance background.
