About the Position As Accounting Manager at Enginio, you have overall responsibility for ensuring correct, efficient, and scalable accounting operations in line with the company's continued growth. You own financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards, which also includes payroll administration and related processes. The role is about both ensuring stability in daily operations and contributing to developing and improving work methods that make the finance function more scalable over time. Beyond the operational responsibility, you have an important role in contributing to Enginio's corporate culture by living the company's purpose and core values and acting as an ambassador in the organization. You will, among other things: - Manage general ledger accounting and reconciliations (GL and subledgers) - Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes - Revenue recognition (SaaS and project-based models) - VAT, tax returns, and statutory reporting - Accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) - Payroll management and coordination with payroll providers (salaries, taxes, social contributions, pensions) - Collaboration with auditors and external accounting partners - Internal controls and documentation (audit trail) We are looking for you who have: - Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; certification is a plus - 4 - 6+ years in accounting (including financial statements, reporting, audits) - Strong knowledge of accounting standards (K3; IFRS a plus) - Strong system proficiency (ERP, Excel, BI/tools) - Experience with SaaS/scaling is a plus - Solid understanding of payroll management and compliance - Fluent in Swedish and English To succeed in this role, we see that you thrive in a fast-paced and business-oriented environment where you work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
