MIR Gruppen is now seeking an accounting manager who wants a central role with responsibility for the company's ongoing bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll management, and financial administration. About the Position As an accounting manager at MIR Gruppen, you will have broad and independent responsibility for the company's financial administration and accounting. You will work with the entire flow from ongoing bookkeeping and accounts receivable/payable to reconciliations and monthly financial statements, and you will be an important support to management on financial matters. This is a replacement recruitment as an employee is retiring, which means you will step into an established role with the opportunity for a good handover. Your main responsibilities will include: Ongoing bookkeeping Customer and supplier accounts Invoicing and payments Account reconciliations and monthly financial statements Management and follow-up of expenses Preparation of financial information and support in budgeting work Contact with auditors, banks, and authorities Independent payroll management for both hourly and salaried employees Reporting related to payroll, pensions, and authorities Financial follow-up and administrative support to management The role also includes some human resources and operations administration, such as handling employment contracts, certificates, insurance, and other ongoing administration. However, the focus of the position is clearly on accounting and finance. About You We are looking for someone with solid accounting knowledge who feels confident independently managing the financial flow of a company. You like having a holistic perspective while being thorough with details. Formal Qualifications Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent competence acquired through work experience Several years of experience in qualified financial work and accounting Experience independently working with monthly financial statements Experience with ongoing bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations Experience with payroll management Good system proficiency and excellent Excel skills Excellent Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious It is meritorious if you have experience with: The business system Pyramid Hogia Lön Financial work within construction, contracting, or manufacturing operations Construction-related invoicing Collective agreements and payroll administration for both hourly and salaried employees Human resources administration Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, we believe you are organized, thorough, and responsible.
