Your Role As Accounting Manager, you are responsible for ensuring correct and efficient accounting and that the company's financial reporting maintains high quality. You work closely with the CFO and are an important support person for the business on financial matters. Responsibilities The role includes, among other things: · Responsible for ongoing accounting and reconciliations · Ensure that monthly and annual financial statements are completed on schedule · Handle vendor invoices, payments, and customer payments · Follow up on customer receivables and credit limits · Perform bank reconciliations and controls of financial transactions · Responsible for VAT, tax, and regulatory reporting · Be the contact person with auditors during audits and annual financial statements · Ensure compliance with Swedish accounting rules, tax rules, and relevant EU directives · Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient accounting processes · Be a super user for the accounting system and support the organization with training and user support · Contribute to financial understanding in the organization through support and advice to managers and employees · Administer the company's vehicle fleet, leasing agreements, and insurance Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is comfortable with responsibility, has a genuine interest in accounting, and likes to combine accuracy with a development-oriented work approach. You are self-driven, structured, and have a talent for building trusting relationships. At the same time, you are willing to challenge existing work methods and gladly come up with suggestions for improvement. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: · Post-secondary education in economics, accounting, or equivalent · Several years of experience in qualified accounting work · Good knowledge of Swedish accounting, VAT, and taxes · Experience with financial statements and reporting · Good system understanding and experience with ERP systems · Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous · Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written · Good Excel skills · It is an advantage if you have previously worked in an international or Nordic organization.
