Accounting and Payroll Assistant

We are seeking an accounting and payroll assistant for a position at a minimum of 75% on behalf of our client. A trial period will be applied and the position should be filled during the autumn. The company operates in the food industry and will be presented at a potential interview. The company prefers a junior person who is willing to deepen their knowledge of the profession but who already has the fundamentals with a few years of practical experience in both accounting and payroll processing. There is an opportunity to work remotely one or a few days per week in the long term. As important as formal qualifications or experience is that you have the right attitude, are quick to learn, have an eye for the job, can work independently, and are willing to develop with the role. Desirable skills include: Broad experience in all aspects of accounting Strong Excel skills Experience with web-based accounting and payroll software Reconciliation and closing work Payroll processing Experience with personnel administration/HR administration Experience with collective agreements Attention to detail and ability to work independently Analytical skills Quick to grasp new routines Good Swedish in speech and writing Good communication skills If you believe you would be a good fit for this role, please submit your CV.
