Job Description We are looking for an additional accounting consultant who wants to be part of an organization characterized by expertise, commitment, and community. About the Role and LR We are a combined firm with a wonderful mix of authorized payroll consultants, auditors, and accounting specialists. We have a long history dating back to when we were called Baskonsult. We are centrally located on Kungsgatan, which is easily accessible by car, bicycle, or public transportation. LR Revision & Redovisning is a network of locally owned firms with approximately 70 offices throughout Sweden. We manage offices in Örebro, Lindesberg, and Vingåker. This position is intended to strengthen our Lindesberg office. We are looking for an independent accounting consultant who wants their own client responsibility and to develop together with us and our clients. You will join our accounting team, which currently consists of 4 competent employees. In total, the group has approximately 50 employees and works primarily with small and medium-sized owner-managed companies. Good relationships are at the heart of the company's business, and the work is therefore focused on comprehensive responsibility and long-term collaboration. As an employee, you will therefore have greater responsibility and a larger role, but also significant freedom to create and structure your day. In this role, you will work with managing our clients' finances, where accounting is a major part of the work, for example through maintaining ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, year-end closing work, and consulting. In your daily work, you will work both independently and as part of a team, which gives you great variety and a broad network. You work closely with your colleagues and always have someone to consult and discuss with. Your Profile We are looking for you who have experience working with accounting. You should have basic knowledge of Excel and experience working in accounting software, such as Fortnox or Capego. We value that you are communicative and have the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing. Having worked at an accounting firm is an asset but not a requirement; people from finance departments who want to try working in a varied way and developing in the accounting field are also welcome to apply!
