WORK DUTIES Your most important task is to ensure that each individual receives the care and support that matches their needs. With us, the care recipient is always at the center, and good treatment is a matter of course in everything we do. You will have varied work with a good balance between independent responsibility and close collaboration. To provide the best possible support, you work in a team with colleagues and other professionals in elderly care. Together, we create conditions for our care recipients to have an active, secure, and meaningful everyday life, with the opportunity to live as independently as possible. The work includes care and support services according to the Social Services Act (SoL) as well as delegated health and medical care tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). In your role, you support care recipients in daily life through personal care, meal assistance, and social interaction. You also participate in various forums such as team meetings and incident review meetings. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with genuine commitment to people and who wants to work in an operation where every day makes a difference. Right now, we are seeking nursing assistants for two permanent positions. If you have previous experience in care and support, particularly elderly care, we consider that highly meritorious. Knowledge in psychiatry is also a great plus. You are comfortable working independently, enjoy sharing your experience with others, and see collaboration as a natural part of everyday work. Flexibility comes naturally to you, and you appreciate work where no two days are alike. In Ulricehamns Municipality, language skills are a strength. It is valuable if you speak multiple languages, but you need to have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You are confident with documentation and have good computer skills. The working hours are varying and include day, evening, and weekend shifts, which suits you. Do you recognize yourself?
