Job Responsibilities
We're looking for someone driven and interested in working with students in preschool class through grade 3. You will contribute to developing our activities in line with current curriculum guidelines. Your mission is to create conditions for development, offer an inspiring environment, promote social connections, play, and positive interaction. Your pedagogical approach is to adapt activities to students' needs, interests, and conditions, and continuously evaluate your work. You will work closely with classroom teachers as part of a team. Your Profile
We're looking for someone skilled at inspiring and leading activities and who has good knowledge of the curriculum and creative thinking. You have good knowledge of children's learning and experience with school and after-school programs. You collaborate with colleagues on questions about children's learning and are skilled at building trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You have good knowledge of implementing adaptations for children in need of special support and are flexible toward all short-term and long-term changes that are part of pedagogical work. You work with a calm approach in your interactions with students. You are a responsible and clear educator with a positive attitude and good communication skills. You also enjoy being part of continuous development work together with your colleagues.
