Your Role with Us – Creativity, Leadership, and Community
As a certified recreation teacher/recreation pedagogue with us, you have one of the school's most important responsibilities. You inspire curiosity and create meaningful free time where every student has the opportunity to shine based on their own abilities.
- Create magic in everyday life: You plan, carry out, and evaluate activities that challenge, inspire, and introduce new knowledge and forms of expression.
- Build strong relationships: Through trustworthy leadership, you encourage social community, strengthen group relationships, and ensure that all students feel seen and included.
- Collaboration in focus: You work in a close and supportive team and collaborate closely with our recreation coordinator to advance the program.
- Digital learning: You use interactive tools and documentation as a natural and enjoyable part of teaching.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who thinks the after-school program is the most exciting place to work! You radiate positive energy, are flexible, and aren't afraid to think in new and creative ways.
Your qualifications:
- You are a certified Teacher for After-School Programs or a certified Recreation Pedagogue.
- You are well-grounded in the curriculum and governing documents, and driven to work toward clear goals to improve the quality of the program.
- You are a skilled relationship builder who communicates clearly and welcomingly with students, colleagues, and guardians.
- As we are an international school, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
