About the Position
As Reception Manager at Hermelinen, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our shared reception, which is the hub of our facilities – wellness, gym, and healthcare. The reception is a central meeting point where we daily receive a high flow of patients and members. Your task will be to ensure that the service is professional, efficient, and customer-focused, and that reception operations run smoothly.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Lead and coach the reception team to create a well-functioning and service-oriented work environment.
Ensure the reception is staffed efficiently and that routines and workflows are optimized.
Take responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, and developing reception staff.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, cash management, and monitoring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments at Hermelinen to ensure a smooth experience for all visitors.
Work operatively at the reception.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role within reception, service, or customer service. You are a natural leader who motivates and inspires your team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are flexible, and have the ability to quickly solve problems and prioritize correctly. Furthermore, you have an eye for detail, are administratively skilled, and have a genuine sense for service and hospitality.
We Would Love to See:
Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility.
Previous experience from reception, service, or similar work environment.
Strong administrative skills and scheduling experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
Experience working with patient/medical records systems and booking systems is a merit.
