We are now seeking a Reception Manager who is motivated and engaged with a genuine interest in guests, staff, revenue, upselling, and bookings. In addition to daily operations, your work will include developing, planning, and driving the business forward, as well as inspiring and motivating all team members. It's also important that you have financial acumen and take responsibility for the department's finances, as well as maintain close collaboration with the hotel manager.
As Reception Manager at Cape East, you will be responsible for staff and have full budget responsibility for the reception. If you're the right person for us, you'll be offered a unique opportunity in a successful company where you'll have an important role. This is a permanent full-time position.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a person, we'd like you to:
* Have several years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in sales or reception work.
* Be organized, flexible, and take personal responsibility
* Be able to improvise easily
* Have good teamwork skills
* Be able to express yourself well in speech and writing, in both English and Swedish
