About the Position As a receptionist/dental hygienist, you'll have a central and important role in the clinic's daily operations. You'll be part of our reception team, consisting of five dedicated colleagues, responsible for patient contacts, phone calls, scheduling, payments, patient recalls, and customer service. The role is varied and suits you if you enjoy combining administrative work with patient-facing duties. In addition to reception work, you'll also assist in treatment rooms as needed, ensuring no two days are alike. You'll work closely with the clinic manager, clinic coordinator, and other team members to ensure professional patient care, high availability, and a well-functioning clinic.
