Eatery is now seeking a receptionist/conference staff member who wants to be the hub of our operations – responsible for guest reception, bookings, and conference services. 🧑‍💼 About the Role As a receptionist/conference staff member with us, you will: Welcome guests and conference participants with friendly and professional service Handle bookings, phone calls, emails, and basic administrative tasks Coordinate conference rooms, technology, and additional services Collaborate with the kitchen, service staff, and management to create a smooth operation Work primarily daytime hours; evening and weekend work may occur 🙋‍♀️ Who Are You? We believe you: Have experience from reception, conference, or customer service Are organized, solution-oriented, and detail-minded Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting people Master Swedish and English in speech and writing Have good computer skills and can handle booking systems and the Office suite 📍 Practical Information Location: Eatery Bas Barkarby.
