Do you want to work at a boutique hotel where no two days are the same? We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Receptionist/Hotel Attendant on a full-time basis for our team. With us, you'll have varied work where you are an important part of the guest experience – from check-in to breakfast, bookings, and maintaining the hotel's high standards. The position begins with a 6-month probationary period, with good opportunities for a permanent position. About the Role As a receptionist/hotel attendant, you will work with the hotel's daily operations. Your responsibilities will vary and include: Guest check-ins and check-outs Booking management via phone, email, and booking systems Guest service and information Breakfast preparation and serving Cleaning of hotel rooms and common areas as needed Laundry and basic facility maintenance Cash handling and administrative tasks Ensuring the hotel always maintains a high standard and welcoming atmosphere We are Looking for You If You Have a genuine interest in service and people Are flexible and enjoy varied work tasks Are self-motivated, responsible, and thorough Have good teamwork skills and enjoy working as part of a team Can handle occasionally high work pace with a smile Have good computer skills Speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Additional languages are an advantage. Previous experience from hotels, reception, restaurants, or other service businesses is an advantage, but we place great importance on your personality and willingness to learn.
