Do you want to work at a personal hotel where no two days are the same? We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Receptionist/Hotel Attendant on a full-time basis to join our team. With us, you will have a varied job where you are an important part of the guest experience – from check-in to breakfast, bookings, and maintaining the hotel's high standards. The position begins with a 6-month probationary period, with good opportunities for a permanent position. About the Position As a receptionist/hotel attendant, you will work with the hotel's daily operations. Your responsibilities will vary and include: Guest check-in and check-out Booking management via phone, email, and booking systems Guest service and information Breakfast preparation and service Cleaning of hotel rooms and common areas as needed Laundry and basic facility maintenance Cash handling and administrative tasks Ensuring the hotel always maintains a high standard and welcoming atmosphere We Are Looking for You if You Have a genuine interest in service and people Are flexible and comfortable with varied tasks Are self-driven, responsible, and thorough Have good teamwork skills and enjoy working as part of a team Can handle a sometimes-hectic pace with a smile Have good computer skills Speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Additional languages are a plus. Previous experience from hotels, reception, restaurants, or other service operations is a plus, but we place great emphasis on your personality and willingness to learn.
