You will be the face of the organization to customers and receive patients, handle inquiries, answer phones, place orders, and perform other tasks commonly associated with reception work. Your background should be in reception, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in healthcare as a receptionist. We work flexibly and tasks can be varied. Therefore, it is important that you are unpretentious, open-minded, and curious, and that you see it as a natural task to create a good atmosphere in the workplace. Your main responsibilities will consist of: Handling phone calls Receiving and registering patients Handling inquiries and orders by phone, in person, and via e-mail Qualifications/Requirements: Experience from the service industry, preferably in reception It is advantageous to have additional education relevant to the position Fluent Swedish in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension Express yourself well in English in speaking and writing Good knowledge of Office suite with focus on Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with administrative work and working in different systems Personal Qualities: You should be sociable and enjoy being a point of contact for patients coming to the reception. You should have a genuine interest in comprehensive solutions around service/meetings You should find it rewarding to solve daily problems independently and constantly want to make each day better for those who come to the reception. You should be organized and planful You have the ability to listen, communicate, and understand customer needs You should be positive and enjoy working in a team and towards clear goals You share our values Employment Type and Working Hours: The positions are permanent employment with one 75% and one 100% position.
