Then the customer service position at Metropol Auktioner might be perfect for you! Metropol Auktioner is now seeking a customer service representative who will be an important part of daily operations. You'll have a central role in contact with both new and returning customers, helping them both in person and via phone and email. The role is varied and combines customer service with administration. You will receive and assist customers visiting Metropol Auktioner, answer questions, and handle various types of customer matters. In parallel, you'll work on ongoing administrative tasks related to operations and auctions. Your responsibilities include: • Receive and assist customers on-site • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email • Handle ongoing administrative tasks • Help customers with questions related to auctions, items, and pickups • Contribute to structure and good service in daily operations Personal Profile We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and has a natural service mindset. You are organized and thorough and enjoy switching between customer contact and administrative work. As a person, you are helpful, positive, and unpretentious. You take responsibility for your tasks while being willing to support colleagues when needed. Since you'll have extensive customer contact, it's important that you are communicative and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing. We'd like to see prior experience in customer service, reception, retail, or other service-oriented work. However, the most important thing is your personality, your sense of service, and your ability to create structure in your work. We highly value your qualities and would like to know if you have a background in sports or associations.
