Then you could be the receptionist we're looking for at Engelholm's Physiotherapy. With us, the reception is much more than a place where patients check in. It's the hub of our operations. Here patients' visits begin and end, and here works the person who keeps the entire day running smoothly – for both patients and colleagues. We're now looking for a new receptionist, available to start no earlier than November 1st, when our current colleague has chosen to move on to new challenges. A Day in the Role Your work day begins at 07:45 when you open the reception and greet the first patients of the day. After that, your days will vary between patient check-ins, phone calls, scheduling, payments, and administrative tasks. You ensure that the reception is a welcoming and well-functioning space and help with basic facility maintenance as needed. You work closely with our six physiotherapists and are an important part of our operations. The role suits you if you enjoy meeting people and like to keep things running smoothly for both patients and colleagues. We're Looking for You if... For you to thrive with us, we believe you: have good computer skills express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written are positive, curious, and service-oriented can handle multiple tasks happening at once are organized and take responsibility have an easy way of creating trust and confidence If you have previous experience working in reception, preferably in healthcare, that's a plus. But what matters most is not where you've worked – it's who you are as a person. We will therefore place great emphasis on your personal suitability. About Engelholm's Physiotherapy We are a private physiotherapy clinic located in Catena Arena in Ängelholm, where we have modern and comfortable facilities. Here you'll work in an inspiring environment where, in addition to physiotherapy, there's also a gym, padel court, health center, and café in the same building.
