Energy Staffing is now seeking experienced and flexible receptionists who can step in as needed for our clients in the hotel industry. We're looking for you who have previous experience working in hotel reception and who feel comfortable quickly adapting to new work environments and procedures. Job Duties Your responsibilities may include: Check-in and check-out of hotel guests Handling bookings and payments Guest service and handling various requests Administrative tasks at the reception Communication with other departments at the hotel We're Looking for You Who: Have previous experience working in hotel reception Have strong knowledge of the hotel booking system MEWS Are flexible and can step in with short notice Are service-oriented, responsible, and professional Are comfortable working independently Speak and write Swedish and English Since we work with several hotels, the workplace may vary.
