We are Vemdalen's largest snowmobile rental operation, but we also offer other activities such as snowmobile safaris, fishing, conferences, and group trips. We want your help to continue growing and developing! Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus. Driver's license: Not required, but a snowmobile license is a plus. Education: Not required, but education in tourism, communication, or hospitality/restaurant management is a plus. Experience: Not required, but experience in service, computer work, booking systems, and/or social media is a plus. Most importantly, we want to find someone who will thrive in our business! You thrive with responsibility and are committed to finding solutions that work for everyone involved! You will work with: The role is receptionist in Vemdalen. Your duties will include: Greeting customers Answering phones, managing email and booking systems Organizing bookings based on available resources and staffing needs Renting out and receiving rental snowmobiles Coordinating with partner companies Children's snowmobile track Assisting with other daily operations at Vemdalen Experience. Employment type: Seasonal position for winter season 2026/2027. Scope: Varying based on need, between 70-100%, with occasional opportunities for additional hours. Salary: By agreement Start date: Approximately December 1, 2026.
