As a Receptionist at First Camp, you'll have a central role in creating the warm atmosphere and smooth service that our guests remember and appreciate. As a Receptionist, you are our face to the world and play an important role in ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. You handle check-ins and check-outs, provide information and service to guests, assist with bookings, and drive sales in our shop. Although your primary tasks lie in reception, we appreciate flexibility and your ability to support other areas when needed. We always work based on our guests' needs and find common solutions to the challenges that may arise. Who are we looking for? We believe you have previous customer service experience, preferably in reception or a similar role. Relevant education is a merit but not a requirement. You are organized, have an eye for detail, and greet each guest with warmth, even during busy periods. With a positive and helpful attitude, you're the person who always gives your best and looks out for the team's wellbeing. We'd like to see that you have humor and an easygoing attitude that contributes to a pleasant work environment. What do we offer? Conditions We are seeking staff for the summer season with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant industry's collective agreement.
