We at Elite Hotel Academia are looking for you to join our wonderful reception team. This is a part-time position at 75% with the opportunity to work more. You are a genuine service professional with a keen eye for high quality and personal service. As a receptionist, you work at the heart of the hotel and are often the guest's first and last impression. In our team, every employee is an important key person who contributes to smooth collaboration between the different departments. We are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, used to juggling multiple tasks, and who always makes a cheerful and positive impression. You are flexible, passionate about good service, responsible, and work toward high quality goals. Good language skills are a requirement and you must master both Swedish and English in speech and writing. We would like to see that you have experience from similar challenges before. A plus is if you have knowledge of the Infor, HMS system or other hotel booking systems. Working Hours/Duration We are looking for a part-time position at 75%, day and evening work, and every other weekend. Varying working hours may occur. Start Immediately, by agreement.
