Verddevuohta – Hospitality We are looking for a Receptionist at Best Western Hotel Arctic Eden As part of the Arctic Eden family, you will work in a delightful and goal-oriented team where we together create a unique experience for our guests. We are a strong, well-knit team that works with focus and heart. As a Receptionist, you will be one of the first people guests meet, and your service and commitment will shape their stay. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, answering phones and emails, taking care of conference guests, and handling administrative tasks. You stay updated on what's happening in Kiruna and its surroundings and can provide tips and recommendations on activities to our guests. You report to our Front Desk Manager. The position involves work during both day and evening shifts as well as weekends. Qualifications As a person, you are driven and positive with a pronounced social ability. You provide personal and professional service to guests and have the ability to quickly build good relationships. It is important that you can take initiative, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to stay calm even in stressful situations. We consider it a given that you enjoy working in a team and are a thoughtful colleague. We are looking for someone who has · Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
