As a receptionist at Aqua Dental Karlstad, you will become part of a competent and committed team at a modern clinic in the heart of Karlstad. You are one of our most important contact persons and play a central role in creating a welcoming, professional, and safe experience for every patient who visits us. The reception is the clinic's hub, where you are responsible for receiving patients, handling bookings, answering phone calls, administering patient matters, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day. You have many points of contact and work closely with dentists, dental hygienists, and other colleagues to provide our patients with the best possible service. We are looking for someone who enjoys a service-oriented role where you meet people every day. You are organized, solution-oriented, and find it easy to prioritize when the pace is high. At the same time, you are warm, professional, and bring positive energy to both patients and colleagues. At Aqua Dental Karlstad, we work in a clinic designed according to our latest clinic concept, where patient experience is in focus. The environment has been created to provide safety and calm and resembles more of a hotel lobby than a traditional healthcare facility. The clinic offers generous opening hours and a wide range of services including general, preventive and emergency dental care, aesthetic treatments, and specialist dental care all under one roof. This position is a full-time role starting by agreement. We are looking for you if you: Are passionate about providing the best possible service Are flexible, accommodating, and communicative Have an interest in service, reception work, and administration. Previous experience working in reception is an advantage Have good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
