As a receptionist, you'll be the face of our practice and an important part of creating a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities may include: Greeting and welcoming customers/patients Handling bookings, orders, and supplier contacts Managing mail, deliveries, and invoices Working administratively in business and booking systems Being a "mood manager" and contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for patients and colleagues The most important thing in this role is that reception always feels professional, welcoming, and pleasant!
