About the Position
This is a part-time consulting assignment running through January. We're looking for someone who can support the team as an extra resource during selected periods in December and January, when the need is greatest. Training opportunities will be offered in the fall so you feel confident and well-prepared for the assignment. You'll be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client.

Key Responsibilities
As a receptionist, you are the primary on-site contact and responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly. You'll ensure the environment is pleasant and well-organized and drive matters related to service, logistics, and internal procedures. The role is broad and includes both daily operational tasks and contact with suppliers, some administration, and coordination.
You'll handle incoming and outgoing mail, administer access cards, and support new employees with mobile phones, SIM cards, and other orders. You'll book meetings as needed, help with ad hoc requests such as flower and coffee break orders, and work in the client's internal systems. The role also includes some invoice management, responsibility for the client's vehicle pool, and reporting related to office operations.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Be the primary on-site contact and own the office environment
Handle mail, access cards, mobile phones, and orders during onboarding/offboarding
Contact suppliers and manage simple invoices
Administer the vehicle pool and handle requests in Corrigo
Perform ad hoc tasks such as ordering refreshments, flowers, and office supplies
Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Previous experience in service, administration, or a coordinating role
Ongoing post-secondary education or other primary occupation
Ability to work in December and January according to an agreed schedule
Strong Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
You thrive in a role with lots of people contact and enjoy being the one who makes things happen. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and are comfortable taking ownership of your areas. You're organized, have good service awareness, and are comfortable managing both planned tasks and quick ad hoc requests.
