Receptionist at Hotell Klövsjöfjäll
With us, you'll work at a personal mountain hotel in Klövsjö, with the mountains right outside the door and guests who come to us for skiing, golf, hiking, relaxation, great food, conferences, and wonderful days in the mountains.
We are now looking for a receptionist for fall and winter, with the possibility of extension.
As a receptionist with us, you are an important part of the hotel. You are often the first person our guests meet and the one who helps them have the best possible stay. You will work with check-ins and check-outs, bookings, phone and email, sales, and helping our guests with big and small things during their stay.
We are looking for you who
have experience working in a hotel, preferably from hotel reception
knowledge of HotSoft or another booking system is a merit
have a good understanding of the work in a hotel reception and the procedures that come with it
enjoy meeting people and providing good service
are responsible, solution-oriented, and flexible
can work independently but also thrive as part of a team
learn new systems and routines easily
stay calm even when things get busy
Sales experience is also a merit. You are not afraid to see opportunities, recommend what we offer, and contribute to a great experience for both the guest and the hotel.
At Hotell Klövsjöfjäll, we help each other across departments. For you who want to work more and are open to doing several things, there is therefore an opportunity for a larger position by combining reception with work in the restaurant.
We believe it becomes both more fun and better when we know each other's departments and can help where needed. One day you can be at the reception welcoming our guests, the next evening you can be part of the restaurant team.
Working hours vary and include day, evening, and weekend shifts.
