We are now seeking an engaged and service-oriented receptionist for a one-year temporary position. Would you like to be the face of our business? We are looking for a driven receptionist who is passionate about meeting people and has the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and visitors. This is an exciting opportunity for you if you enjoy combining sales and first-class service! The role involves booking and sales via phone, email, and in person at the clinic. You will also be responsible for our two reception areas and three waiting rooms. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized manner is required. Certain administrative tasks are also part of the role. We are looking for you who: Have completed upper secondary education Have a genuine interest in the beauty industry Have at least three years of experience in a service profession and sales Speak both Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing Are comfortable using computers You are a cheerful, positive, and service-oriented person who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and enjoys exceeding customer expectations. You have a talent for building good relationships, take responsibility for your tasks, and are both humble and flexible. You thrive in a dynamic work environment with a fast pace and varied tasks. About the company Estetikcentrum is one of Sweden's leading clinics specializing in plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments. For us, the patient's experience is the priority – we offer a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, beauty treatments, massage, and cosmetic dentistry – all under one roof. Our clinic is centrally located in Malmö and consists of a dedicated team of approximately 25 employees.
