This is a consultant assignment with good potential for employment with the company. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency but work on-site at Arvid Nordquist. About the Role As a Green Coffee Operator at Arvid Nordquist, you will hold a key role in the production workflow, where you are responsible for ensuring that the right raw materials arrive, maintain the correct quality, and are handled properly. You will receive and register incoming green coffee deliveries, perform unloading of coffee in bulk and big bags, and conduct quality inspections and sampling according to established routines. You will check and ensure that cleaning equipment functions properly, document deviations in the company's system, and communicate relevant information to concerned departments. A large part of the role involves loading and unloading situations, where the work demands high levels of accuracy and safety. Work is performed according to clear safety routines and with appropriate protective equipment. You will work closely with roasters and production planners and maintain ongoing contact with incoming logistics. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to improvement initiatives and grow within the operation over time. The position is based on a two-shift schedule as follows: Week 1: 06:00–14:10 Monday–Thursday, 06:00–14:20 Friday Week 2: 09:00–16:25 Monday–Thursday, 09:00–14:20 Friday Qualifications and Characteristics We are looking for someone who is methodical, thorough, and comfortable with clear routines and structure. You take responsibility for your work, are self-driven during parts of the day when you work more independently, and enjoy contributing improvement suggestions when you see opportunities. You are a team player who communicates naturally with colleagues and external contacts. Additionally, you have: Experience from the food industry or other process industries Basic understanding of and interest in processes, machinery, and maintenance Familiarity with digital systems and basic IT skills Ability to work structurally and follow routines, instructions, and quality requirements Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious experience: Experience with deviation or maintenance systems Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements Forklift certification category B and experience in raw material handling Driver's license B or tractor license (required for outdoor truck operation) Other Information Start: Immediately Location: Järfälla Scope: Full-time, two-shift schedule Salary: According to agreement We use continuous selection in this process, which means the position can be filled before the final application deadline.
