Rådomsgården is a private residential care home in Helgum, Sollefteå municipality. It is operated as a limited company with ownership primarily consisting of residents from the local area. The business has been running since 1994 and is a specialized residential facility with an agreement with Sollefteå municipality for 14 permanent places and 1 short-term placement. Rådomsgården is beautifully situated in a nature-close environment and has approximately 20 employees. In addition to nurses and nursing assistants, a financial manager and a caretaker work here. Meals are prepared from scratch in our own kitchen by our chefs. The guiding principle is good care based on the individual needs of the residents. We are seeking two nursing assistants for positions at 75-100% employment level. The work mainly consists of care and support work but also includes other tasks, such as laundry and cleaning. Work shifts during day, evening, and weekends. Full-time hours are 37 hours/week. Currently, staff work every other weekend with one split day per 6 weeks; positions at 100% have 27 working days/6 weeks. Positions at 75% have 25 working days/6 weeks. Start date by agreement. Salary by agreement; we have a collective agreement with Kommunal. Requirements: Completed nursing assistant education. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
