Rådomsgården is a private care home in Helgum in Sollefteå municipality. It is operated as a corporation where ownership is primarily held by local residents. Our guiding principle is high-quality care based on each resident's individual needs. We are now seeking an Operations Manager at 100% employment with daytime hours, Monday-Friday. We're looking for someone who wants to help develop and lead the business. You'll enjoy short decision-making paths and great freedom in your work! The role involves close collaboration with the board. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for personnel, recruitment, and finances. You should have relevant education in the field, such as registered nurse or social worker. You also need knowledge of the legislation governing the business. Previous experience in management and leadership, and prior work in elderly care are merit factors. As a person, you are responsible, well-organized, and confident. Start date, salary, and employment level by agreement. We use a 6-month probationary period. We have a collective agreement. Selection is ongoing, so don't delay submitting your application.
