Rådomsgården is a private retirement home in Helgum, Sollefteå municipality. It is operated as a private corporation, primarily owned by local residents. The facility has been in operation since 1994 and is a specialized residential care home with an agreement with Sollefteå municipality for 14 permanent places and 1 short-term place. Rådomsgården is beautifully situated in a natural setting and has approximately 20 employees. In addition to nurses and nursing assistants, the staff includes an accountant and a facilities manager. Meals are prepared from scratch in our own kitchen by our cooks. Our guiding principle is quality care based on each resident's individual needs. We are now seeking a trained nursing assistant for night shift work. Salary according to agreement; we have a collective agreement with Kommunal. Requirements: Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Responsibility with good cooperation skills and strong commitment. The nursing assistant role involves providing individually tailored care based on residents' needs.
