You will work closely with milk producers on education and advice, primarily related to robotic milking. You will have the opportunity to strengthen customers' operational routines and contribute to improved milk production, animal health, and workflows. The role also involves conducting customer training, workshops, and marketing activities both digitally and on-site. You will plan and conduct training for both colleagues and external stakeholders and collaborate with experts in both DeLaval Sales and DeLaval International to increase customer value. Requirements for the Position: - Experience working in milk production - Experience from an advisory role - University degree; agronomist, agricultural engineer, or equivalent - Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Good knowledge of Office programs - Class B driving license Meritorious: - Experience with DeLaval's operations management system Other Information: The position involves regular business travel and comprises approximately one to two overnight stays per week.
