About the Position Myntro is now seeking an engaged quantitative analyst who wants to be part of shaping the next phase of our development. You will be involved in developing the financial infrastructure in our credit market company. Together we develop the models, information flows and processes required for a modern treasury function and for reporting to the Financial Supervisory Authority. Here you won't just analyze data – you're also involved in defining what data we need, how it should flow through the organization, and how we create the right decision support for the business. You'll be part of a small team where you will play a key role in analyzing and modeling data related to our financial products and will work closely with our experts in risk, business development and portfolio acquisition. An important part of the work involves setting requirements for IT where we maintain data for accounting, business decisions and risk assessment. It's a role where you get to combine analytical depth with close collaboration across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities: Set requirements and collaborate with IT and the business to develop data solutions that support the treasury function and regulatory reporting. Contribute to the development of processes and routines for data collection and analysis. Continuous monitoring and management of financial risks such as liquidity, currency and interest rate risk. Analyze and evaluate data to identify trends and patterns in NPL portfolios. Present analyses and recommendations to management to support strategic decisions. Who Are We Looking For? We believe you have worked several years in a similar analytical role and thrive in environments where you can combine technical problem-solving with business understanding. You are motivated by diving into complex questions and enjoy finding smart solutions together with others. You are someone who likes to take initiative, ask questions and see opportunities for improvement. You can explain advanced analyses and technical reasoning in a clear and pedagogical way, regardless of audience. To succeed in the role, we also see that you have strong analytical abilities and good experience working with large data sets, analysis tools and programming. You appreciate an environment where much is still being built and where you get to influence how the solutions should look. We would like to see that you have: Academic degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering or equivalent. Several years of experience in quantitative analysis and data modeling, preferably within financial services. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, C# or other relevant analysis and programming tools. Experience working in cloud environments and with API solutions is a merit. Experience working with large data sets. Strong ability to communicate complex analysis results clearly.
