About the position
As Quality & PMO Manager, you are responsible for leading and further developing Elgiganten Logistik's work in quality, supplier development, and project and portfolio management. You have a key role in translating the organization's strategies and development initiatives into effective processes, structures, and working methods that strengthen quality, efficiency, and delivery capability.
You lead a function with 10 employees in the areas of project management, supplier development, and claims & quality. In the role, you are responsible for developing and ensuring systematic quality management, effective processes for claims and deviation handling, as well as proactive work with supplier development to strengthen quality throughout the entire value chain.
You also have overall responsibility for the PMO function, where you develop governance models, methods, and working approaches for project and portfolio management. By coaching and supporting project managers, you ensure structured implementation of the organization's development initiatives and investments. The role also includes driving follow-up and reporting and ensuring that data, analyses, and key metrics are used as the basis for decisions, prioritizations, and continuous improvement work.
As an important part of operational management, you actively contribute to change management and development of processes and working methods. About you
We are looking for someone with experience leading and developing operations in quality, supply chain, logistics, or related areas in a larger and complex organization. You have the ability to drive change, create structure, and develop processes with support from data, analysis, and clear governance.
You likely have experience in project or portfolio management and are experienced in leading both employees and cross-functional initiatives. With good business understanding and a holistic perspective, you can translate strategies into concrete results and create engagement among various stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration across functions is crucial for achieving organizational goals.
We would like to see that you have an academic education in, for example, industrial economics, logistics, quality, engineering, or supply chain management. You combine experience in quality management, process development, and change management with a good understanding of KPI management, analysis, and data-driven decision-making. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
As a person, you are analytical, structured, and results-oriented with strong self-drive. You are a confident and inclusive leader who builds trust, creates engagement, and gets people to work toward common goals. At the same time, you have the ability to switch between strategic perspectives and operational execution, which makes you successful in leading development and creating long-term results.

As part of the Elkjøp Group, we supply all customers, Elgiganten stores, and hubs in the Nordic region with consumer electronics, kitchens, and other types of products. We have a facility of approximately 200,000 square meters divided into two buildings. In short, it is a gigantic facility that not only impresses with its size, filled with 145 loading gates and 250 trucks, it also houses a high-tech automated warehouse that is one of the largest investments ever made in a warehouse in Sweden.

The position is located in Torsvik. You report to the Head of Quality & Development and are part of the management group for Quality & Development.
