In this role, you'll be part of us becoming – The leading Distribution Center of Epiroc Supply Chain. Your Mission As Quality Manager, you have overall responsibility for quality at our new Distribution Center. You lead and develop work within quality coordination, process quality, returns management, and related functions – always with a focus on ensuring the right quality, at the right time, and in the right condition. You're coming into a situation where you have significant opportunities to make an impact. With a clear mandate, you drive the development of our quality processes – from improving existing methods to creating new ones from scratch where needed. You combine structure and systematicity with an open mind for innovation and new technology, and ensure that the operation develops in line with both internal needs and external requirements. A central part of your role is leading and bringing the team together. You create clarity, engagement, and direction in an organization where you have the opportunity to build a shared culture and get everyone working toward the same goals. You're responsible for ensuring that the operation works according to established standards, guidelines, and best practices, and you drive and develop work with internal and external audits. Profile Description: Your Profile We're looking for someone who combines solid quality thinking with an interest in people, leadership, and development. You have experience in quality work from logistics or industry. You're confident working with process quality, improvement initiatives, and regulatory requirements. It's a plus if you have academic training in the field. You have good knowledge of relevant ISO standards and are experienced working with audits, follow-up, and continuous improvements. You have an analytical mind and use data as a natural tool to understand, prioritize, and develop the operation. You have the ability to build trust, unite teams, and help people grow, while daring to challenge and drive change where needed. You're curious and solution-oriented, with the courage to think differently and the ability to turn ideas into practice. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and collaborate naturally across functions, both internally and externally. You're structured and confident in prioritizing, and have a good ability to balance the operation's daily needs with long-term development.
