Do you want to work with operational quality control in a production-focused environment in Stockholm? We are looking for a thorough and driven Quality Controller for a consulting assignment via Lernia. The role suits you if you thrive with both practical quality work, analysis, and collaborating across functions to ensure products and processes meet agreed standards. About the position As a Quality Controller, you will be an important part of the production and quality organization. You are responsible for daily quality control, deviation management, and ensuring that processes follow internal procedures and customer requirements. The role involves close collaboration with production, engineering, and suppliers, as well as customer contact when needed. Start: By agreement. Employment type: Fixed-term/contract via Lernia with possibility of extension or transition to client. Location: Stockholm. For this position, you must be a citizen of a NATO country and be able to undergo and pass a background and security check. Your responsibilities Review, follow up, and ensure compliance with internal quality processes. Analyze deviations, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. Drive and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in close collaboration with the production team. Ensure that operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal guidelines. About you You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating across departments to achieve common goals. Furthermore, you have experience working systematically and prioritize safety and quality in all work. Formal qualifications Relevant higher education or engineering degree. Experience with quality work in manufacturing industry, preferably from automotive or similar sector. 1–4 years of experience in quality work. Fluent English in speech and writing as English is the working language. Swedish occurs in communication between colleagues. Merits Experience with ISO 9001 or aviation/defense standards.
