As part of the group's continued development, we are now strengthening our joint QHSE team with a completely new role. An investment that reflects our ambition to continue developing our work in quality, sustainability, environment, and occupational health and safety. Here you will become part of a strong and engaged team that operates throughout Troax Group. Together, we share expertise, drive development, and create sustainable working practices for the long term. You will be employed at Troax in Hillerstorp but work in a shared role for both Troax and Garantell. With your primary location in Hillerstorp, you will also work a couple of days per week at Garantell in Värnamo, which gives you a varied workday and the opportunity to contribute to development in both operations.
This is a broad and varied role for someone who thrives in an environment where analysis, structure, and improvement work go hand in hand. As a QHSE Technician, you will become important support to our QHSE Manager and play a central role in daily QHSE work. The work takes place close to operations and involves everything from management systems and sustainability work to analysis, follow-up, improvement work, and participation in internal audits. One day you analyze key metrics or participate in an internal audit, the next day you are out in the operation with colleagues identifying improvement opportunities and converting ideas into concrete results. You thrive if you want to combine a structured approach with a genuine interest in being present in the operation, creating engagement, and driving improvements together with others.
Examples of work tasks:
Develop and maintain our management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Drive and support improvement work and handle deviations within your area of responsibility.
Monitor and analyze key metrics (KPIs) in quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and sustainability.
Work with sustainability reporting and contribute to work related to ESG and CSRD.
Participate in internal audits and support external audits.
Support the operation in daily QHSE work and contribute to a safe, structured, and sustainable working approach.
YOUR PROFILE
We believe you are a curious and engaged person who thrives on taking own initiatives and developing working methods together with others. You enjoy being out in the operation, building good relationships, and are motivated by driving improvements. If you have experience from manufacturing industry and have worked with quality, environment, occupational health and safety, or similar matters, we believe you have a good foundation for succeeding in this role. Knowledge of management systems, ISO standards, or sustainability work is a merit, but we place at least equal weight on your attitude, your engagement, and your willingness to develop. With us, you will have the expertise and support to grow into the role.
