About the Role
In this position, you will have overall responsibility for QEHS at the factory in Jönköping. With strong demand for BUBS products and as part of the Orkla group, the business is in a clear growth phase where production is being expanded and the organization is developing.
An important part of the assignment is to further develop working methods and ensure that processes are clear, anchored, and followed in daily operations. The role involves comprehensive responsibility where you drive development within quality, food safety, and occupational health and safety, with a central role in strengthening preventive work. You work closely with production and translate requirements, standards, and guidelines into practical working methods, while helping to build structure, culture, and long-term sustainability in the business.
You are part of the factory's management team and report to the Factory Manager. You have three direct reports within your function. The role also involves close collaboration with group functions within Orkla, making you part of a larger context with opportunities for experience sharing and joint development.
About You
We are looking for someone with broad experience in QEHS from the food industry who is used to working closely with production. You have experience leading others and enjoy a role where you can combine strategic responsibility with operational presence in the business. You have a good understanding of how quality, food safety, and occupational health relate to daily production and can drive development in these areas. You have experience with audits and certification processes and developing working methods in close collaboration with multiple functions. You also have the ability to make decisions within the area and guide the organization on QEHS-related issues.

Our products are gelatin-free and manufactured at our factory in Jönköping, where around 100 employees work and where we produce large volumes of candy each year that reach consumers in both Sweden and internationally.

Good to Know
Position is in Jönköping. You report to the Factory Manager and have a dotted line to the Quality and EHS Director within Orkla. You are part of the factory's management team and have personnel responsibility for the QEHS function with three direct reports.
