About the Role As a Purchaser Product Support, you are responsible for the daily operational procurement work within our aftermarket operations. You place and follow up on purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain ongoing contact with our suppliers. You work independently within your area of responsibility, while also working closely with colleagues in Sales Support, Technical Support, production, warehouse, and logistics. It is a role with many different contact points and a workday where conditions can sometimes change quickly. You will, among other things: Place and follow up on purchase orders. Ensure correct purchasing data in our systems. Monitor delivery times and take action when things do not go according to plan. Maintain ongoing dialogue and follow-up with suppliers. Handle deviations and contribute to improvements in quality, delivery, and cost. Make your own decisions within given mandates and know when issues need to be escalated. Contribute to efficient material flow and a well-functioning aftermarket operation. QualificationsEducation Post-secondary education is a requirement. Knowledge Understanding of material flows and operational processes. Experience working with business systems or ERP systems. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with Monitor or similar ERP systems is a plus. Experience Previous experience in procurement is a plus, but not a requirement. You may have experience from procurement, logistics, material planning, order management, or another operational function.
