Vaggeryds maskin is seeking a Powder Coating Specialist Vaggeryds maskin is a subcontractor in a growing industry within truck manufacturing, primarily serving automotive trucks, tire trucks, and lifting applications. Would you like to be part of something new from the start with a brand new powder coating facility in fresh premises? Job Responsibilities This will be a facility with completely manual application. Since we manufacture small series, both large and small parts, your days will be varied. Perform masking, preparation, and coating of products according to drawings and instructions. Ensure high quality through careful inspections before, during, and after coating. Contribute to developing work methods and procedures in the new coating department. Work actively on organization, orderliness, and continuous improvements in daily operations. Collaborate with colleagues to create an efficient production flow. Contribute to a safe work environment and comply with applicable safety and quality requirements. . Background We are looking for someone with experience in powder coating processes. You ideally have experience with workshop work including, for example, drilling, grinding, and measuring. Desirable qualifications for the position are that you have forklift and overhead crane certification and can read technical drawings. Swedish driver's license category B is desired. Personal Qualities Accustomed to working independently and able to take own initiative. You must understand and be able to communicate in Swedish. As a person, you are very handy and engaged in your work. You are thorough and attentive, learn instructions and directives easily.
