Your responsibilities: Program, operate, and monitor the coating system Ensure that production meets specifications Perform quality inspections and adjustments as needed Maintain and clean machines and equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous operation Work closely with your own department and others to ensure a good work environment, correct quality, environmental responsibility, and reliable delivery to customers Your profile: We're looking for someone with industrial work experience and familiarity with powder coating. You are technically skilled with a good understanding of how machines function. You are interested in programming and operating advanced machinery. As a person, you are careful and quality-conscious, you take initiative, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You have strong collaboration and communication skills. You are also flexible and have the ability to adapt to new technology and improve work processes.
