About the Position As a press operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and operating our press machines to ensure efficient and quality production. Responsibilities Set up and operate press machines according to production orders. Monitor production and ensure high quality of manufactured products. Perform quality controls and document results. Troubleshoot and resolve minor operating disruptions. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Follow safety regulations and work procedures. We Are Looking for You Have experience working in industry or production, preferably as a press operator. Have technical understanding and interest in machinery. Are quality-conscious, responsible, and detail-oriented. Have good collaboration skills but can also work independently. Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Desirable Qualifications Experience with stamping, pressing, or other metal processing. Forklift and/or overhead crane certification. Knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques.
