JoDi Labels is a family business in the Gnosjö region that specializes in self-adhesive labels in a variety of designs and has extensive experience in the industry. With modern printing equipment, high quality, and their ability to solve the most complicated jobs, it's rare that an order doesn't leave the factory within 5-10 working days. The manufacturing methods JoDi currently uses are digital printing, hot stamping, and flexographic printing. Operator with technical interest for modern digital printing department. We are now looking for an operator for our digital printing department who wants to be part of an innovative and high-performing operation. As an operator, you will work with the manufacturing of labels according to customer specifications. You set up the jobs yourself and are responsible for ensuring that the machines function optimally and that the final product meets high quality standards. Job duties include: · Set up and monitor finishing machines. · With the opportunity to, with the right qualities, progress to setting up and monitoring digital printing machines. · Ensure that labels meet customer specifications. · Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals. · Help organize the workflow to meet deadlines. Your profile: To thrive in this role, we believe you are a service-oriented person with a strong interest in technology, computers, and are flexible in your working style. You are responsible and thorough with a strong focus on quality. Learning new things comes naturally to you and you have an interest in design as well as a good eye for color and details. With good reading comprehension and the ability to follow instructions, you combine a social work environment with the capacity to maintain focus during stressful situations. Requirements: · Driver's license and access to a car. · Good color vision. · Strong desire to learn new things and develop in the role. · Preferably experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar. · Swedish spoken and written as well as some English.
