Stockholm Centre for Eating Disorders (SCÄ) is one of the world's largest specialized clinics for patients with eating disorders and accepts patients of all ages. We have a well-developed operation with digital care, outpatient services, intensive outpatient services, day care, 24-hour care, and national highly specialized care for both adults and young people. Today we have nearly 280 employees. Our outpatient and day care services are located on Södermalm and our 24-hour care at Danderyds Hospital. We have recently opened an additional outpatient clinic for children and adolescents with eating disorders on Södermalm in Stockholm. The expanded mandate that SCÄ has received means the children and adolescents section is growing, and the Outpatient Services for Children and Adolescents unit needs to expand its staff. The outpatient clinic for children and adolescents provides specialized eating disorder care for patients up to 18 years old for family-based treatment. This spring we started an additional outpatient unit, which means we now have two units with the same mandate and treatment offerings. We work closely together and have close collaboration. Here work dedicated doctors, nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, nutritionists, and physiotherapists. We have an open and pleasant work environment. We work based on the evidence-based method Family-Based Treatment (FBT), a therapy form specially adapted for treating children and adolescents with eating disorders, and we have good treatment outcomes. You will receive regular supervision in the method and training based on the facility's needs. Utilizing and strengthening the family's and network's resources is one of the foundations of our work. Work tasks: We are looking for you who want stimulating work and want to develop both the operation and yourself. Your main work tasks will be to conduct family-based treatment. The work tasks also include diagnostic assessments and follow-up in the clinic's quality assurance work. You will participate in treatment conferences, supervision, and method development together with the rest of the team. Qualifications: You have appropriate basic education and are a licensed psychotherapist, preferably with a family therapeutic focus. We would like you to have experience from child and adolescent psychiatry and family treatment. If you have experience working with eating disorder patients or FBT, this is considered meritorious. Personal qualities: You have good collaborative skills, take personal responsibility, and enjoy working in a team. You are comfortable meeting people in difficult life situations and working with entire families. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
