About the Service Do you want to help develop our work at Leksand Healthcare Center! We are a service where quality, accessibility, and collaboration are in focus for our approximately 15,500 listed patients. About 80 dedicated employees from various professions work with us. You will be part of a team with them. We are beginning to adopt a new working method where everyone becomes a generalist and where we collaborate more closely around our most vulnerable patients. The healthcare center is located about a five-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to commute by bus or train. Work Tasks The work mainly involves assessment and treatment of patients aged 18 and older with mild to moderate mental health issues. Daily telephone counseling, assessment calls, support and crisis conversations, in-person and digital treatment, internet-based treatment via iKBT program. The working method is primary care-focused, with an emphasis on making high-quality psychological services accessible to many. The work is stimulating and offers great opportunities for variety, interprofessional collaboration, and development work. The position involves a generalist function, which means that work tasks may also include reception work within primary care's overall mission at our healthcare centers. Therefore, work with adolescents and children may become relevant. Working hours are daytime on weekdays, and our opening hours are 08:00-17:00. Qualifications You are a licensed psychologist or other licensed healthcare professional with basic psychotherapy training in CBT and interest in primary care. We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills, good communication, and who wants to contribute to developing work methods and work environment. Interviews take place continuously during the application period. Start date by agreement.
